Trypsin Neutralization Solution (TNS) is a sterile, phosphate and HEPES-buffered saline solution used to neutralize the effects of Trypsin/EDTA solution after the release of cells from a culture surface. It contains 10% fetal bovine serum as a trypsin inhibitor and cell protection agent. The product has a pH of 7.2 at room temperature.

Enzyme-free Cell Dissociation Solution, 100 ml
Enzyme-free Cell Dissociation Solution (ECDS) is a sterile, phosphate and HEPES-buffered saline solution used to detach adherent primary cells from a culture surface. This product has a pH of 7.2 at room temperature.

Soybean Trypsin Inhibitor, 50ml
Soybean Trypsin Inhibitor (STI) can be used to neutralize the effects of Trypsin/EDTA (Cat. #0103) after the release of cells from a culture surface. It is formulated with a trypsin inhibitor (5mg/ml) isolated from Glycine max (soybean) and inhibits trypsin at a 1:1 molar ratio.
STI is a sterile, phosphate buffered saline solution. The product is calcium- and magnesium-free and has a pH of 7.4 at room temperature.

Cell Freezing Medium, 50 ml
Cell Freezing Medium is designed for the cryopreservation of most human and animal cells in vitro. It is sterile and has a pH of 7.2 at room temperature. This product contains DMSO, Fetal Bovine Serum and other intra- and extra-cellular protectants to further increase the viability of cells during the cryopreservation process.

Dulbecco’s Phosphate-Buffered Saline (DBPS) is a non-toxic, isotonic buffer that may be used to rinse cells without causing damage. The solution does not contain Ca2+, Mg2+ or phenol red and is sterilized through a 0.2μm filter.

Hank's Balanced Salt Solution, 500 ml
Hanks’ Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS) is composed of inorganic salts and supplemented with glucose. The solution may be used to wash cells and tissue and to maintain cells in a viable state. The solution is buffered with phosphate and maintains a physiological pH and osmotic pressure. HBSS is sterile filtered through a 0.2μm membrane.

Poly-L-Lysine, 1 mg/ml
Poly-L-Lysine (PLL) is used as a coating agent to promote cell adhesion in culture and for surface treatments improve the survival of many primary cells in culture and support neurite outgrowth. This concentrated solution contains polymers in the 70 – 150 kDa range.

100X Non-Essential Amino Acids, 100 ml
Supplementing cell culture media with NEAA promotes rapid cell growth and enhances cell metabolism. ScienCell offers a 100X concentrate of NEAA present in the Minimum Essential Medium (MEM). The solution is sterilized through a 0.2μm membrane filter.

Heparin (0.2%), 5 ml
The effect of heparin on cell growth and morphology in vitro is cell-type dependent and may promote or inhibit cell proliferation.
