Climo-Shaker (ISF1-X)

 

 

Up to three incubators can be stacked on top of each other, occupying the same floor space as a single conventional shaker.

The shaker can be fitted with CO2 and humidity control allowing the ISF1-X to be used for cell cultivation. Humidity control is also important for  cultivation in microtiter plates, reducing water loss from the wells. The high shaking speed of the ISF1-X ensures oxygen unlimited cultivation of microorganisms.  

A front opening door allows greater versatility when siting the shaker (it will even fit under a bench) and also makes loading much easier  than with a top opening model. The door opens without obstructing the surrounding area.

As the entire inner chamber is made of stainless steel, the incubator can be easily sterilized with chemicals.

Climo-Shaker (ISF4-X)

 

 

The ISF4-X was developed for customers who need a large shaking capacity in a uniform environment (temperature/humidity/CO2 concentration).  

The ISF4-X will take up to four (or five) completely independent shaking units in one incubator and the distance between each shaking unit is adjustable. 

As the entire inner chamber is made of stainless steel, the incubator can be easily sterilized with chemicals. 

The high efficiency of the shaker motors and controlled cooling system, means energy consumption is very low.

Lab-Therm (LT-X)

 

The LT-X is an incubator shaker with the same performance features as the larger ISF1-X. The LT-X can be equipped with a cooling option, as well as CO2 and humiditiy control. Up to two units can be stacked. Furthermore, the internal height allows the user to shake flasks up to 6L.

Shaking Bioreactor System (SB-200X)

 

The SB200-X is a disposable shaking bioreactor system for cell cultivation (animal or plant).

Aeration of the culture is bubble free across its surface area.

The orbital movement of the shaker guarantees good mixing, higher surface area for mass transfer and low shear forces.

Uniform hydrodynamics from small (mircotiter plate) up to large bioreactors (200L) simplifies the scale up enormously. 

The SB200-X was developed and tested in cooperation with the company ExcellGene SA, Monthey and the University EPFL, Lausanne.

Bioprocess Monitoring System (BPM-60)

 

pH & pO2  pH

 

              two BPMs and still a lot of space for normal shake flask

 

The BPM-60 (BioProcessMonitoring) enables easy measurement of the pH and dissolved oxygen in a shake flasks. 

The online measured data (pH, pO2) allows the user to optimise cultivation conditions in shake flasks more efficiently. Furthermore application of the BPM leads to reproducible pre-cultures for stirred fermenter (PAT initiative).

A integrated socket in the shaking table provides power and a data line without the risk of cables breaking. 

ISIS software monitors and saves the data (up to eight pH or pO2 parameters, all shaker parameters (CO2, shaking speed, temperature, humidity), audit trail, ...).
