On 2nd April 2008, We successfully organized a half day seminar on "Product Characterization Using Moisture Sorption Isotherms". There are more than 70 persons from universities, research institute and food manufacturers attended this seminar at Palm Garden Hotel.

Our speaker Mr. Brady Carter from Decagon Devices Inc reveals a very powerful solution for product characterization using the newly launched "AquaSorp" Moisture Sorption Isotherm Generator.
